Stayed at Bay Beach House Holiday Home at the Bay and loved it! the accommodation was clean, quiet, and in a great location. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, even giving us passes for the swimming pool before check, in. Our 3, year, old had a great time at the outdoor play area. the beach was within walking distance, and it was just a short drive into Filey. We ordered a delicious Chinese takeaway using a leaflet provided in the holiday home. a beautiful accommodation and highly recommended. Cons: Don't have any issues at all. 👍.

The property was immaculately clean with stylish decor. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the location was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The owners were great with communication and even allowed us a later checkout. The staff on site were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was a bonus. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and had a great spec throughout. Its positioning on the site was ideal with easy access to the shop, pub/restaurant, and the beach. The decor and kitchen facilities were impressive, and we enjoyed having WiFi and Netflix. The bedrooms had TVs and the living room had a large TV. The wood burning stove made it very cozy. We loved having breakfast on the outdoor deck and drinks in the evening. The beach was fabulous!

The living area was cramped due to the large furniture and fireplace. Getting around the furniture and kitchen meant continually saying 'excuse me'.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Filey Bay Beach House. The accommodation was beautiful and perfect for our family of four. The two en-suite bedrooms provided privacy and convenience. We loved the on-site facilities, including the indoor pool and gym, and enjoyed a delicious meal at the nearby pub. The outdoor deck with fairy lights was a lovely spot to relax and the beach was stunning. Good WiFi and Netflix were a big plus, along with the wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. As a disabled guest, I appreciated the convenience of having en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms. the indoor pool and gym facilities at the Bay were enjoyable, and we also made use of the nearby pizza place and pub. the wood-burning stove made the living room cozy, and we loved having breakfast and drinks on the outdoor deck. the beach was fabulous, and overall, we were very impressed with our experience. We will definitely be back.

The Bay Beach House Holiday Home at The Bay Filey was an absolutely beautiful accommodation. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance of the beach and a short drive to Filey.

Although there were a few cons mentioned in the database reviews, such as the feather cushions causing allergies and the main bed being too hard, I didn't personally experience these issues. There were also mentions of cleanliness concerns in the kitchen, but I found everything to be clean and suitable for use.

The area around the hotel was nice and convenient for exploring. the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a plus. We enjoyed the facilities at the hotel, such as the indoor pool and gym. the outdoor deck was a great place to relax, especially with the fairy lights and the option for a BBQ.

Some of the kitchen items were not very clean and had to be washed before use.
